A EU Company is looking for proposals for technologies or processes to obtain hydrolyzed vegetable proteins with low or no sodium content.Additional functional properties could be also of interest. The Company is looking for technological cooperation agreements with Technological Centres, Research Centres, Universities or researches with experience in this field.They are open to any technology or R+D proposals regardless of the stage of development: from laboratory tests to pilot/industrial implemented processes.Supplies of ingredients/products are not of interest.Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:Hydrolyzed proteins obtained must have:- low or no sodium content- high hydrolysis degree (>85% amino acids content) and - be suitable for applications in food formulations and/or in thermal processing flavors.
