A UK drug delivery and diagnostic company is seeking disposable sensors for measuring neat glucose solutions (not in whole blood). The sensors must have specificity for glucose, and be able to detect down to several hundred nano Mols up to 200 microMols. The company is seeking partners for licensing, commercial and manufacturing agreements.

| Description: |
The sensor is required as a disposable component for a point of care diagnostic system that the company have developed, which is due for clinical testing imminently. The sensor must have the following functionality:
- Able to measure as low as 200nanoMol glucose (not in whole blood)
- Able to measure up to 200 micro-Mol glucose concentrations (not in whole blood)
- Produce cost-effectively to allow 2-3 sensors to be used per day and disposed of
- Ideally constructed onto a flat rigid polymer or ceramic substrate
- Available either as a fully developed and tested sensor or ready for scale-up manufacture, or ready for commercial supply
- Easy to manufacture based on conventional screen-printing technologies
- Free of IP constraints
- Alternative types of technologies that are market ready will also be considered
